Nicola Webb, owner of cleaning business, came to see me in mid 2020. Nicola was in a very difficult situation (and unfortunately this situation is quite common) where the agency she paid many $'000's to had gone out of business taking all of her brand assets, collateral and access to her website with them. She was unable to retrieve any of it because the agency owners were uncontactable.
Nicola and I have worked together consistently during this time as we first built the marketing foundations for her business including:

Initially we would meet every two weeks but now meet once a month for a work in progress meeting and her one and three year plans.
Her business has grown from one to five employees and two vehicles with plans for a third and another staff member. Possibly best of all, she is armed with am incredibly strong marketing toolbox, which still cost less than she paid to her old agency!
